Today I ran faster.
The Park Run last week was snowy, so my time jumped from 40:10 to over 50 min. Apparently only two types of people run on snow: those with no fear and those with no idea. I was scared.
But today’s run was sunny and relatively clear, and I got round in less than 39 minutes.
Naturally, my legs aren’t talking to me, but it’s a welcome improvement. Hurrah!
–Update–
As of Sunday morning my legs have got back in touch with the rest of me, but mostly it’s hate mail.
